The Minds on Social groups and Identity Cognition (MOSAIC) Lab is looking for motivated undergraduate students enrolled in PSYC 290 to work on research examining social cognition. We study group-based social identities (e.g., race, gender, socioeconomic status), belonging, and experiences of exclusion and discrimination. Must be willing to commit a minimum of six hours/ 2 credits hour of work per week on weekdays between 9 am and 6 pm.
Responsibilities may include but are not limited to: Literature reviews, designing and building surveys, data coding and entry, participant recruitment, study scheduling and administration, attending lab meetings. No previous research experience is required, but familiarity with Qualtrics and statistics will be a plus.
