Fall 2023-Spring 2024 Research Assistant Position: Health Equity and Access Lab

We are in search of enthusiastic and detail-oriented students who are keen to explore the dynamics of parenting and family interactions and understand their influence on the health of young individuals. This opportunity will provide valuable research experience, and undergraduate research assistants will have the chance to engage in various research activities, including working on research papers and eventually participating in the interviewing and assessment of both parents and young individuals.

No prior research experience is necessary, and while an interest in clinical or community psychology is not mandatory, it is likely to enhance the value and satisfaction derived from this experience. This position is well-suited for students considering a future in clinical psychology, but we welcome and encourage applications from students of all academic backgrounds.

If you have any inquiries about this position or wish to submit your completed application (application form link here) please reach out to us at vjrodrig@illinois.edu. While including your CV or resume is optional, please note that the standard 290 Research Application form is a requirement for consideration.

We will be reviewing applications from September 1 to September 30. Applicants will be notified via email by September 30.
