“I love being a part of my students’ journey.” The ten-year veteran of our Academic Advising office has been integral to many of the undergraduates who come through the Psychology Department. Her favorite aspect is “assisting them in their important academic, professional, and personal decisions.”
On Wednesday, February 28th, Nikki Wynn was presented with the LAS Academic Professional Award at an I-Hotel and Conference Center ceremony.
Nikki works to hammer home the concept of “making connections” for the students who cross her path. “Recommendations are more than just grades.” She encourages the undergrads to get to know their professors, advisors, and professional resources across campus.
On top of her daily duties, she also takes pride in heading up the Psychology Leaders program.
