Participant Pool Forms

Once you receive your hours allocation, you can submit a request to activate a study and allocate your hours to it by completing this form. Note that all course credit studies are deactivated at the end of each semester. Thus, you must request a study to be reactivated even if your study was active in previous semesters. See the instructions and FAQ for more details.

2024 Spring Credit Study Activation Form

You must provide this form to participants who decide to withdraw from a study after having completed at least 50 minutes of participation, so they can receive prorated credit for their participation. It is Departmental Policy that they receive 1 credit hour for every 50-minute segment that they have completed. The form must be submitted to the Participant Pool Coordinator no later than the Reading Day of a given semester.

Course Credit Early Withdrawal Form

You can submit a request to activate a study for the Paid Research System by completing this form. See the instructions and FAQ available from the Paid Research System page for more details.

Paid Study Activation Form

To use the Psychology Course Credit Participant Pool, you must first request an allocation of hours. Each semester, you must request for hours by filling out the Credit Pool Hours Request Form before the deadline noted on the first page of the form. Late submissions are not accepted.

2024 Spring Credit Pool Hours Request Form

You can submit a request to activate a new study (or reactivate an existing study) by completing this form. If your study was active in Spring 2024, then it should still be active during Summer 2024, and there is no need to fill out this form. See the instructions and FAQ for more details.
