For over 20 years, the Illinois Legislative Latino Caucus Foundation’s mission has remained consistent. Fostering the next generation of Latino leadership while advocating for the needs and wants of the community.
Their growth and leadership have evolved the Foundation from a board-led organization to a staff-led version. Recently, the ILLCF welcomed their first Executive Director and expanded across all program areas. They have doubled this scholarship amount and partnered with academic institutions to deliver a robust and data driven public policy platform and building intentional partnerships across sectors and institutions to better bridge the needs of the Latino community.
