Biography
I am a PhD student in the social psychology area. I received my MA in psychology at Yonsei University in South Korea. My research interests primarily lie in moral psychology: bias in moral judgments and moral-self regulation. Particularly, I am investigating how adaptively biased our memory and judgments for moral and immoral targets, how attractiveness/unattractiveness affects moral judgments, how appearance management relates to moral-self management, and how religious orientation affects the management of the moral self. Other topics of interest include cultural differences, emotion suppression, and praise/blame.
