Andrew received their Bachelor's degree in Biology with Chemistry and Psychology minors, focusing on Neuroscience.  After undergrad, they worked in the biotech industry for 9 years before moving to the Champaign-Urbana area.  With a passion for process improvement and diversity, they strive to create a welcoming environment in the Psychology department business office.
