Research Associate Professor, Simona Buetti has swept the undergraduate teaching awards at the University of Illinois! 

She picked up the "Mabel Kirkpatrik Hohenboken Award" at the departmental level, revamping PSYC 230 & 355 to make them more accessible and adaptable for her students. 

Next, she was honored with the "Excellence in Undergraduate Teaching for Instructional Staff Award" from the College of Liberal Arts & Sciences. “(Research associate professor) Buetti is not only responsible and caring, but also deeply committed to helping her students succeed. She always encourages us to reach our fullest potential,” wrote an alum who graduated in 2024.

Finally, Provost John Coleman presented Buetti with the "Excellence in Undergraduate Teaching by Specialized Faculty Award" at a ceremony at the Alice Campbell Alumni Center. Noting her impact at the highest level is a testament to her exceptional teaching standards and dedication.
