Biography
I received a B. S. in Psychology with a minor in Business from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. I am currently pursuing a Master of Science Degree in Psychological Science under the guidance of Dr. Leo Alexander III.
Research Interests
Using longitudinal data analysis techniques, I collaborate with Dr. Alexander to research individual differences, such as vocational interests and personality. My research focuses on how career aspirations, vocational interests, and interests fit vary and develop across individuals’ careers, and influence important workplace outcomes such as job satisfaction and turnover.
