Research Interests
I am interested in attitudes, intentions, and behaviors and their role in behavior change, primarily in the context of health promotion interventions. My research includes projects on the role of action-inaction biases on decision-making, how forming behavioral intentions can undermine the facilitation of actual behavior, and the role of multiple-behavior interventions in eliciting change. I often take an interdisciplinary perspective in my research, and have thus collaborated with researchers from clinical psychology, industrial-organizational psychology, health, and medicine.
