Biography
I received my Bachelor of Science in Psychology at the Beijing Normal University, China. I am currently working with Dr. Fritz Drasgow and pursuing a Master of Science in Psychological Sciences degree.
Research Interests
I collaborate with Dr. Drasgow to explore the crucial non-cognitive traits—such as personality and vocational interest—that are optimal for jobs with difficult work environments and monotonous tasks. For example, truck drivers and machine operators who work in an enclosed vehicle or equipment for long time every week with distracting and uncomfortable sounds and noise levels, which requires dependability, stress tolerance and self-control.
