Naidan received her B.A. in Psychology and Economics at the University of Maryland. She is currently pursuing her M.S. in Psychological Science at the University of Illinois. She is concentrating on Industrial and Organizational Psychology under the supervision of Dr. Jim Rounds.

My current research with my advisor, Dr. James Rounds, focuses on the development of vocational interest. Specifically, I’m interested in the factors that influence the development of youth’s career aspirations and expectations (e.g., occupational gender stereotypes). I’m also interested in the field of person-environment fit.
